Profile John Court
John Court is IT Director for CEVA Logistics, Northern Europe and CEVA Freight Management, EMEA and is a member of the CEVA Northern Europe Management Board and CEVA's global IT Management Board.
John joined CEVA (formerly TNT Logistics) in 1991, leading several European supply chain integration initiatives. In 2001 he was appointed IT Director for TNT Logistics in the UK and undertook an extended role for Northern Europe in early 2008. Prior to working for CEVA/TNT, John held management positions with the Sears Group and Varity Corporation.
In his current role John has responsibility for systems research & development, infrastructure, solution design, project & service delivery and support. John and his team exploit market-leading technologies to benefit CEVA's customer operations.
Under John's leadership, CEVA's advanced technology solutions have received widespread recognition, winning a number of prestigious industry awards.
A business management graduate, John is a Chartered Fellow of the Institute of Logistics and Transport, a Chartered IT Professional and a Member of the British Computer Society. John is also an independent advisor to the Defence Scientific Advisory Council (DSAC).
