Profile John Paterson
John Paterson joined express, logistics and mail operator TNT in December 2002 as HR Director for TNT Logistics. John held responsibility for all HR issues including employee relations, resourcing, training and development, health and safety, quality and compensation and benefits. Prior to this John was Group HR Director of Christian Salvesen PLC. He has 25 years previous experience in HR with major multinationals KPMG, McDonnell Douglas, Thomas Cook and Chrysler. He has extensive involvement in international as well as UK employment issues, particularly in the areas of executive recruitment, remuneration, acquisitions and business transfers
