We believe the only way to maintain long-term relationships with clients, is by running the highest quality operation, every single day of the contract, and by measuring performance to constantly improve it.
The implementation phase, when assets, resources and people are effectively organised, is crucial to the success of the partnership. A bespoke suite of Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) is designed to measure customer requirements, throughout both the implementation and operational phases of the contract.
During the life of the contract, we apply operational excellence through a continuous improvement process, whether on a day-to-day basis or by re-engineering the solution to meet changing customer needs. In this way, we add value to our customers' businesses, allowing them to be more competitive.
In order to add further focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence, we operate an internal Quality Awards process. This is based on the Excellence Model used by the European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM).
